Ingredients
Meatballs

● 227 grams ground pork
● ½ medium yellow onion, small diced
● 1 egg
● 20 grams panko
● 15 grams potato starch or corn starch
● 5 grams fresh ginger, grated
● 5 milliliters soy sauce
● 5 milligrams sesame oil
● 5 grams salt
● Oil spray
● Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Sweet and Sour Sauce
● 120 milliliters water
● 60 milliliters soy sauce
● 45 milliliters rice wine vinegar
● 60 milliliters sake
● 50 grams sugar
● 15 grams potato starch or corn starch
● 20 milliliters water

Directions
1. Combine pork, onion, egg, panko, starch, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt in a large bowl until fully mixed.
2. Divide the pork mixture into 10 equal sized balls.
3. Remove the crisper plate from the Cosori Smart Air Fryer.
4. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 190C, then press Start/Pause.
5. Spray the preheated basket with oil spray.
6. Place the meatballs directly into the basket.
7. Set temperature to 190C, press Shake, and then press Start/Pause.
8. Flip the meatballs halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
9. Remove immediately, transfer to the serving plate, spoon sauce over the tops of each meatball.
10. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
